Dr. Potter has been composing and arranging since 1997 when her first book Technique Duets sold out its first printing at the Chicago National Flute Association convention. Her second book Halloween Duets was a winner of the NFA’s Newly Published Music Competition as was her Alto and Bass Flute Resource Book. British publisher Kevin Mayhew took over publication her Voice of the Rockies books in spring 2006. Books published by Falls House Press are being distributed by Presser.

Her most recent book is Songs from the Shows for two flutes by British publisher Kevin Mayhew. It contains Chris's favorite themes from musicals arranged for intermediate level players. Click on the title to view selections from this book.
