Chris has just been appointed Chair of the newly formed Low Flutes Committee by the board of the National Flute Association. She and her committee are hard at work on workshop and performance proposals for the Los Angeles Convention and are collecting information for a Low Flutes section of the NFA website. She is almost done with a Vibrato Workbook that will be published by Falls House Press in the spring. Her next project is a collection of solos for alto and bass flute.

Alto and Bass Flute virtuoso Chris Potter has recently performed at the British Flute Society Convention in Manchester, England and at the National Flute Association Convention in New York.
